Finalists of Molodist FilmBoat Meeting announced today!

At the decision of international jury consisting of:
Yann Raymond – UniFrance – France,
Max Dankevich – Gulliver Film production house – Ukraine,
Aleksandr Shein – 2Plan2 Studios – Russia

of over 50 projects 8 have been selected that have gained most points (counted randomly):
1. «A night in Kars» by Tarik Yildiz (Turkey)
2. «Don’t look back» by Denes Nagy (Hungary)
3. «Fantastic Nostalgia» by Nika Shek (Yevgeniya Shekoyan) and Sarik Hovsepyan (Armenia)
4. «Georgian Divorce» by Tamara Sulamanidze, Giorgi Tskhvediani, Tina Kajrishvili (Russia)
5. «My mum is a dolphin» by Katrin Lehnert (Ukraine)
6. «My poor, darling mother» by Nika Shek, Karine Verdiyan (Armenia)
7. «Susa» by Giorgi Chalauri (Georgia)
8. «Captain Grant» by Alexey Golikov (Ukraine)

October 21-22 the projects will be presented in Kyiv and will be posted in the catalogue «MOLODIST FilmBoat Meeting 2008», which will be also distributed at the biggest cinema forums worldwide.

Five more projects will be posted in the catalogue too (which have scored high, but not making it into the final):
