Terms of useYour access to and use of molodist.com (the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions and all applicable laws. By accessing and using this Site, you accept the following terms and conditions, without limitation or qualification.
Services of the Site
1. User registration.
There is a registration service on the site for those, who want to take part in the questioning of the «Site», write comments and/or get accreditation. You agree to provide only accurate, complete and updated registration information, and you agree to keep such information current and to sign in your password and username (login). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify administrator immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Site or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time. 2. Guest registration.
Festival’s guest has a special access to the Site and has the right to: · Take part in the questioning · Write comments · Sign up for the mail delivery · Change the information about arrivals and departures To change the information about arrivals and departures You have to enter your profile or section Service – Accreditation – Guests and fill in all the necessary lines in the form and download your photo. Don’t forget to save all the changes. 3. Press registration.
To get the press accreditation you have to get registration as a common user first. After that you will get the access to the section Service – accreditation – press, where you have to fill in the accreditation form. Registered press has the right to:
· Take part in the questioning · Write comments · Sign up for the mail delivery You can get the information about Your accreditation in your profile. The festival reserves the right to approve or deny accreditation. If your accreditation is approved, you will get the full access to the photobank. 4. Registration for the TalentWorkshop.
To get the accreditation for the Talent Workshop you have to get registration as a common user first. After that You have to fill in the accreditation form in the section Service – accreditation – Talent Workshop accreditation. 5. Film Registration.
You have to get registration as a common user first for film registration. After that You have to fill in the registration form in the section Service – Film Registration – entry form. You can register more than one film. To change the information about a film You have to enter you profile and choose the film. Don’t forget to save all the changes. 6. Contest form
Every user can take part in the contest of the Site. You don’t have to register your account in the Site thereto. You agree to provide only accurate, complete and updated information for the contest form. We won’t give or sell your data to the third part. You can’t fill in the contest form several times. 7. Photobank
Photobank is a service of the high-quality photo for press. You have to get press registration and get the confirmation of the accreditation to get access to the Photobank. Only after this you can download photos. In some cases you con get the high-quality photo with the aid of special password. You have to get registration as a common user and enter your password behind the little copy of the photo in the Photobank section. If the password is correct, you will get the high-quality photo. If you get the error notification, you should check that you enter as register user and check your password. 8. Online store
Online store is a service for delivery the gifts with the aid of pay on delivery. You have to get registration as a common user to make the order. You should make minute description of the gift in the order form and indicate accurate address for the delivery. Also you should indicate your phone number for the acknowledgement. 9. Screening schedule calendar
There is a screening schedule calendar on some site pages. The current day is marked with the white rectangle. The screening days is made as a link. To see all the screening which take place in specific day you should press it on the calendar. Films/events are presented with the description, time and place where the screening will take place. To see the full description press the name of the film. 10. Mail delivery
Everyone can subscribe for mail delivery of our Site. You should fill in your e-mail in the “delivery” form and press the bottom “subscribe” or to mark the item “subscribe for the news” when register new user. If your e-mail wasn’t in the delivery base, it would be added and the news would be delivered. 11. Discontinuance of use
If you breach any of these Terms we reserve the right to disable your access to the Site without any notification. © Molodist international film festival
