"Ukrainian panorama" was the first non-competition program of the festival. In 1993 FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Associations) officially registered Molodist as a specialized International Festival, which activity completely corresponds with international standards. The competition program became international science then. Besides Ukrainian there were films from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Byelorussia, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Georgia, Denmark, Iran, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Russia, USA, Taiwan, Hungary, Finland, France, Switzerland.
So for presentation of the Ukrainian cinema the new non-competition program "Ukrainian panorama" was created. In this non-competition section the latest achievements of the national cinematography are shown.
In different years in the frameworks of "Ukrainian panorama" program were shown films by Yuri Rogoza, Serhiy Bukovsky, Maxym Papernyk, Olexander Rodnyansky, Mykhailo Ilyenko, Murat Mamedov, Villen Novak, Vyacheslav Kryshtofovych, Kira Muratova, Sergiy Trymbach, Roman Balajan, Valentyn Vasyanovich, Aleksandr Shapiro, Oles Yanchuk and many others.
