Maria Khalpakhchi

Maria Khalpakhchi grew up at the Molodist International Film Festival and had a chance to watch different films every day for many years. That’s how one day she decided to be behind the screen and later successfully graduated from a film school as a director. For almost 20 years, Maria has worked as a 1st AD on many international productions, including films and commercials. KIMNATA BATIKA is her debut short film.
