We invite you to join the team of volunteers of the 48th KIFF «Molodist».

Volunteers at KIFF «Molodist» are involved absolutely everywhere. This gives then a unique opportunity to get deeper into the life of the festival, to increase their skills in specialization or to get a new story, to solve complex of non-core tasks and to help organize the daily work of the festival. The great advantage of Molodist volunteers is free communication with the stars of the cinema industry, the opportunity to become one of the first spectators of the world and national premieres, but the greatest value is to feel like part of the friendly Dream Team Volunteers, new acquaintances and enjoyment of the goal.
