The dates of Molodist KIFF 2024 have been announced

Kyiv International Film Festival "Molodist" is pleased to announce the dates of the new season. The 53rd festival will be held from October 26 to November 3, 2024 in the city of Kyiv.

In 2023, Molodist KIFF became a film event in Ukraine, which took place entirely in an offline format. Celebrating 30 years of FIAPF membership, the festival screened 128 full-length and short films in cinemas of Kyiv.

In 2024, the winners of the International Program will be as follows: Grand Prix for the best film with a prize of USD 5,000 and the statuette «The Scythian Deer», a prize of USD 2,000 and the statuette «The Scythian Deer» for the best film in each category of the international program; the prize for the best film of the National Competition Program of feature and short films (50,000 hryvnias and the statuette «The Scythian Deer»).

Also, by the decision of the directorate of the film festival, a prize fund of 2,000 USD was assigned to the winners of the Teen Screen program and the Documentary competition.

Founded in 1970, Molodist KIFF is the only international film festival in Ukraine accredited by the international association of film producers FIAPF, and one of the largest film events in Eastern Europe. In 1993, «The Scythian Deer» Award was presented for the first time, for which the participants of the 53rd film event will compete.
