SERIES PITCHING FINALISTS WERE ANNOUNCED
We are announcing the long-awaited finalists of the series pitching, organized by the Molodist KIFF in partnership with 1+1 media, Kyivstar TV and MEGOGO.
PROJECTS IN THE FINAL SELECTION:
1. VKHID NALIVO
Logline: Two Odessa pensioners, deceived by relatives and swindlers, cannot receive support from banks. At the moment of complete lack of money, the women decide to file a criminal scam: they open a brothel under the cover of a medical sanatorium. The most popular place of debauchery in Eastern Europe becomes for them a matter of life and family, which they never dreamed of.
2. YNIORY
Logline: Wheelchair-bound former star player gets a chance of fate. He is invited to become the coach of the youth team participating in the tournament for the right to join professional sports. Coaches and players are thinking about their lives, they grow up and become real men.
3. TSYFROVYI NEKROMANT
Logline: Three friends create a program that resurrects a person in the digital space based on the information about them on the Internet, but the consequences of the experiment are unpredictable. Two of three friends die and get resurrected. Their goals are divided — to stop the experiment, to destroy the resurrected or to resurrect all the dead.
4. VYSOKI STAVKY
Logline: Yesterday's friends are forced to coexist on board the airliner: junior steward Nikita, pilot Maxim, and senior flight attendant Oksana, who stood between them. Taking off towards their dreams, they face illusions and increase not only the stakes in the relationship, but also gain height in the literal sense.
5. CHASTOTA
Logline: The story of a girl whose childhood was spent in an orphanage, where experiments were performed on children. Growing up, she tries to cope with the consequences of these experiments and counteract the head of the orphanage with his painful ideology and desire to change humanity.
6. HRA NA PEREKHODI
Logline: The devil is in the details. To take the chief's chair and save his beloved from bandits, a police lieutenant challenges the entire corruption system. Friends will become enemies, and enemies will become friends. The man will play on the chessboard, where the price of the slightest mistake is his own life. And he will have to pay it.
7. ZHENIA
Logline: For a freelance artist, choosing one career a causes a panic attack. He does not give up, he tries and seeks the field where he can put all his talents into action.
8. KULIA Z LOBA
Logline: A group of talented SMM members, on the instructions of the oligarch, is creating a telegram channel with compromising information on Ukrainian politicians. The channel is becoming popular and influential, creators are bathed in money and opportunities. But when the conscience forces young people to kill their offspring, which has become a monster, their own lives are in danger.
9. MY ROZKHODYMOSIA
Logline: The couple in the heat of the quarrel agrees to break up as soon as they find a replacement for each other. A series of shocking dates allows the characters to better understand themselves and answer the question: was there love? Is it left? Can it be returned?
10. POKOLINNIA POZYTYVNYKH
Logline: This is the story of modern Romeo and Juliet, between whom HIV stands. But can this hinder first love?
The finalists will soon receive a letter with detailed information and a list of required materials.
