A story of love and hate between two brothers who live out their lives in a Carpathian village, far away from other people. The only link between them is a female writer who accidentally finds herself in the village and cannot leave it due to circumstances. She puts together the story of their lives piece by piece, like a mosaic.
Viktoriia Trofimenko

Victoria Trofimenko is an acclaimed film director, scriptwriter, and creative producer. A member of the European and Ukrainian Film Academies, she is celebrated for her debut feature BROTHERS. THE FINAL CONFESSION, based on Torgny Lindgren's bestseller “Sweetness”. This film was the first Ukrainian movie to be selected for three "A" class festivals (Goa, Shanghai, Moscow MIFF), earning multiple awards.
