The movie investigates the life of the last experts of one of the most ancient fishing practices: the trebuchet. The Trebuchet takes the form of a microcosm where everything happens and the characters reflect on the surviving of this practice.

Federico Barassi

Born in Como in 1986. He graduated in 2012 at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera in Milan. Afterwards, he takes part in restoring old film stocks with a London based film production. In 2013 he moved to Rome and worked as editor for several productions, as well as head of the post production team realizing many television formats and docu-films.
