Marieke Elzerman (1996) was born in Amsterdam and obtained both her bachelor and master degree in filmmaking at the KASK Royal School of Arts in Ghent. In January 2018 her bachelor project ‘Marieme, Marieke’ (2018) premiered at Galerie Van Gelder in Amsterdam. She graduated in 2022 from the Elías Querejeta Zine Eskola in San Sebastian, Spain, with a new film called ‘La Voz Rosa’ which had its world premiere at the International Film Festival Rotterdam 2023.
