An eight-year-old is suffering because people keep addressing the child in ways that cause discomfort. They insist on calling the child by the birth name Aitor. And the nickname, Cocó, even if less obviously wrong, does not feel right either. During a summer in the Basque country, the girl explores her identity alongside the women of her family, who at the same time reflect on their own lives and desires.

Естібаліc Урресола Солахурен народилася в 1984 році в Більбао, Іспанія. Вивчала аудіовізуальні комунікації в Університеті Країни Басків, потім монтаж у Міжнародній школі кіно і телебачення на Кубі та кінорежисуру у Вищій школі кінематографії та аудіовізуальних ефектів у Барселоні. Прем'єра дебютного повнометражного документального фільму ПАПЕРОВІ ГОЛОСИ відбулася на міжнародному кінофестивалі у Сан-Себастьяні. З 2011 року режисерка зняла низку короткометражних фільмів, які брали участь у міжнародних фестивалях. Її останній короткометражний фільм АКОРДИ здобув відзнаку Каннського фестивалю Rails d’Or, переміг у номінації «Найкращий короткометражний фільм» премії Forqué Awards і отримав номінацію на премію Goya Awards.
